Day 2 done! We braved the yucky weather and made some wonderful memories on today’s NYC trip stops. We started off with a trip to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, where we dove into the past to appreciate our present. We then visited the 9/11 memorial and, after paying our respects, headed back to the hotel for a much-needed rest before the big show-stopper… seeing last year’s Tony winner for Best Musical, Kimberly Akimbo! We all LOVED the play and, while we were a bit soaked by the end of the night, we all agreed it was totally worth it. Final day tomorrow - next stop, Lower East Side!

NYC Trip 2024 is off to a great start! 🥳 We spent our afternoon exploring the world-renowned Met museum, and then we checked out a chic candy store before we made our way to the incredible Central Synagogue for services! After Shabbat services, we had a lovely family-style Italian dinner in Times Square, and spent the rest of our evening exploring the many bright lights and city sights in the Square itself. We’re having so much fun so far- stay tuned for the rest of our adventures! 🌃🗽🍎😎
