It’s here. The 2nd and final New Player Showcase. Today 10am Larz Anderson Park.

Next week…starting tomorrow is DRAFT WEEK: Divisions will be drafting and creating rosters.

Pre-seasons scrimmages begin NEXT Saturday for National & Colonial Divisions.

Looks like we made it to April…

Enrollments are looking robust for the 2026 season.

We will see new players at the showcases on 4/15 & 4/18, weather permitting.

Soon enough, Emass Opening Day (Week) will be upon us. Til then, keep getting ready.

Happy Friday All:

If you are a returning EMASS member who has not yet signed up for 2026, please get yourself to the Emass Registration site and take care of business before the weekend is over.

New players may sign up until mid-April.

New players - look for an email announcement with specifics for the New Player Showcase to be sent out early next week. Weekday players will meet in West Roxbury on Wednesday April 15; Saturday players will meet at Larz Anderson Field in Brookline on Saturday April 18.

Emass Players:

Please note, as we approach April, here's an update on enrollments.

Some divisions are close to maxing out. If you plan to enroll, now’s the time. As of 9am Saturday morning, total enrollment stands at 559, surpassing last year's total enrollment!

If we are going to need to add teams, we MUST have complete data. Please help your volunteer EMASS leaders to prepare for a great season. Click HERE to enroll now.

And once again, let us remind you, START STRETCHING. We've already lost a couple of new players to pulled muscles. We don't want you to be among the ones who start the season on the injured list.

Nudge that returning player that you know just "loves" to be the last enrollee...

Rainy (yet warm) Monday…players return from Pompano Beach…it starts to settle in that Spring IS in fact soon coming…and we’ve got 6 days to go for returning Emass players to register.

Dates to keep in mind:

- March 22: End of registration for returning players.

- April 15: Weekday New Player Showcase

- April 18: Saturday New Player Showcase

- April 25: “Preseason” begins for Saturday Divisions

- April 27: “Preseason” begins for Weekday Divisions

- May 2: Opening Day for Saturday Divisions

- May 4: Opening Day Week for Weekday Divisions

Let’s keep those registrations for new and returning players going—we’ve had a great start so far!

Here’s some info about our New Player Showcases:

Our New Player Showcases will take place on Wednesday April 15 at the West Roxbury HS Education Complex (1205 VFW Pkwy, West Roxbury, MA) for new players in our weekday divisions.

Our Showcase for new Saturday players will take place on Saturday April 18 at Larz-Anderson Park (Goddard Ave & Newton St, Brookline, MA).

More details will be shared in the coming days.
