Wayland VFW auxiliary 7581 fishing fundraiser tournament 2026 was great 22 boats everyone had a great time 1st place Denny Minner 12lbs great. Thank you to all the fishermen and women.Thank you to all the volunteers that helped prepared and helped with fillet the fish,cleaning just making everything go smooth. Everybody had a great time. We raised 988.00 for the kitchen fund. .

Trek For Vets is on site here in Wayland tonight and is stepping off tomorrow morning headed to connect with the VFWs in Plainwell and Otsego. Tomorrow's stop point is the fire station in Ostego where the community is coming out to support along with local VFW police and fire along with the American Legions in these communities. Trek For Vets Coffee was founded to fund the initiatives for Trek for Vets. Coffee fuels the mission. It's sold by the cup as well as by the bag and by the case.
