Pray with JAARS is a list of prayer points and praises. Your prayers are deeply appreciated as you come alongside us to pray for JAARS and our partners as we work to cover the last mile of missions. Thank you!

June 9 JAARS will be at Booth 23 at EAA AirVenture in Oshkosh this July. Pray our display will attract many visitors who will support JAARS with prayer, finances, and service.

June 10 Pray for safety, smooth logistics, and successful delivery of a "dangerous goods" shipment of paint to Cameroon and to Cairns, Australia, for use in Papua New Guinea.

June 11 The Lima Fellows cohort will have their commissioning ceremony tomorrow. Pray for wisdom and guidance as they enter the next season of serving God.

June 12 Please pray that the replacement fuel bladder tanks for the Soloy airplane can be manufactured in a timely manner.

June 13 Pray for God's continued wisdom and guidance for the JAARS Board, Senior Leadership, and Directors as they lead JAARS with excellence.

June 14 Pray for the JAARS training team as they prepare for numerous upcoming training opportunities.

June 15 Praise God for the dedicated staff serving at JAARS. Pray God will strengthen and sustain each one.

One year later, the transformation is becoming visible.

After discovering corrosion around the windshield and firewall, our PNG maintenance team began the careful work of restoring this aircraft. Through months of inspections, repairs, and rebuilding, it's now starting to look like an airplane again.

Please join us in praying for the team as they complete the final stages of repair and prepare to return this aircraft to service in early June. Every safe flight helps make it possible to deliver God's Word to remote areas around the world.

The JAARS team will be at Shelby, NC this weekend with our R66 helicopter. Come take a ride or stop by for a chat. Click below for more details.

✈️ The Shelby-Cleveland County Regional Airport will host its annual Fly-In & Open House this Saturday, June 6 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. This FREE community event is open to the public and fun for the whole family!

🚁 Compass Aviation will offer limited airplane rides for $40 per person and JAARS will offer limited helicopter flights for $50 per person. Each aircraft will carry an average of five passengers per flight.

Atrium Health will have a medical helicopter on site for viewing and touring, and guests can also enjoy displays of American and European cars, aviation exhibits, and booths from organizations including:
• CAP (Civil Air Patrol)
• Marine Corps League Foothills Detachment #1164
• Compass Aviation
• Resurgence
• Powered Parachutes
• Hot Air Ballooning
• FAA (Federal Aviation Administration)
• JAARS
• Flight Training Representatives

🍔 Food vendors and snowballs will also be available throughout the event.

Come tour the airport terminal, grab a bite to eat, and experience aircraft up close while watching planes take off and land throughout the day!

At JAARS, we believe in prayer and that God hears our petitions. When you , you are helping reach isolated communities filled with people who need to hear about God's Love for them Here are this week's Pray with JAARS prayer points. Thank you for praying with us!

June 1 Thank God for providing a new backup captain for the Kwadima II in PNG while the regular captain recovers from surgery. We are grateful the crew was able to transport the Sudest Old Testament committee.

June 2 Please pray for a smooth adjustment and successful settling in for the six interns who are serving at JAARS this summer.

June 3 Thank God for protecting our staff member in Africa during a recent serious traffic accident. Pray for continued protection as he travels around Africa representing JAARS.

June 4 Pray for the JAARS training team as they prepare for numerous upcoming training opportunities.

June 5 Praise God for the dedicated staff serving at JAARS. Pray God will strengthen and sustain each one.

June 6 Pray for wisdom for the Hardware Engineering team as they develop the C206 Instrument Cart for the flight trainer. They are still awaiting delivery of several critical components.

We may have missed the date, but we didn't miss the opportunity to say thank you.

May 24 was Aviation Maintenance Technician Day, honoring Charles Taylor—the mechanic who built the engine for the Wright brothers' first flight.

Today we're celebrating the dedicated mechanics in Waxhaw and around the world who keep aircraft mission-ready and help make it possible to reach some of the most remote places on earth.

Join us in thanking these behind-the-scenes heroes.
