On August 22, a visit was made to two of our missions in the southern region of Yucatán: Kancab and Kantemó. On this occasion, we were joined by the new Missions Pastor, Brother Eliot Pages, accompanied by Brother Luis; both are from Oaks Street Baptist Church in Texas, USA.

During the day’s tour, we visited both missions to gain a closer understanding of the work being carried out in each community, as well as the areas of ministry and the challenges the missionaries face.

The first stop was the Kancab mission, where we learned about the various aspects of the work conducted by missionaries Carminia Milan and her husband, Brother Santos, who oversee this mission. It was a valuable time to witness firsthand the work they do in the community and to observe the efforts being made to continue strengthening the work of the Gospel.

Afterwards, we traveled to the Kantemó mission, where we were welcomed by the missionary, Sister Dorcas Dzulub, and her team. During this visit, we learned about the activities and ministries underway in the community and shared a time of fellowship with the brothers and sisters collaborating on this mission.

The visit helped strengthen the bonds between the churches partnering in missionary work and our teams in Yucatán. It also provided an opportunity for the new Missions Pastor to see the work being done in the mission field firsthand and to build closer relationships with the missionaries and the communities we serve.

We thank God for allowing us to make this trip and for the willingness of each of the brothers and sisters who serve faithfully in these missions. We continue to pray that God strengthens the missionaries, their teams, and the local churches, and that the work of the Gospel continues to advance in Kancab, Kantemó, and every community where we are serving..

On the evening of August 22, a special opening event for the Paroussia Seminary took place in Tekax. The purpose was to formally launch this new period of theological training and to dedicate the lives and commitments of each student to God.

The event included a time of prayer for all the new seminary students, entrusting their lives, families, and training journey to the Lord. More than 50 students attended the gathering, publicly reaffirming their commitment to their classes and the theological preparation process they will undertake through the Paroussia Seminary.

Pastor Eliot Pages, the new Missions Pastor from Oak Street Baptist Church, also participated and shared his testimony with the students. His contribution was a significant moment, allowing the students to learn about his experiences and receive words of encouragement and exhortation to remain steadfast in their calling to prepare for and serve the Lord. Oak Street has played a critical role investing in the seminary's success for many years. We are grateful for their dedication.

The evening served as an opportunity to reinforce the seminary's vision, motivating students to approach their theological training with responsibility and dedication, while understanding that this preparation aims to equip them to serve more effectively in their churches and communities.

We thank God for the life of every student who attended and for the opportunity to continue creating spaces for biblical and theological training in Tekax. We pray that the Lord guides each student throughout this process and uses their preparation to strengthen the work of Christ in Yucatán.

The evening began with a worship service, during which the members participated in a time of worship, biblical teaching, and fellowship. This gathering also provided an opportunity to plan the next steps for the mission's work.

Subsequently, a planning and coordination session took place, focusing primarily on preparing for upcoming activities related to the visit of members from the United States.

This planning process gave special consideration to the participation of Tekax Mission members who are currently enrolled in the Kingdom Connectors Paroussia Seminary. The goal was to properly coordinate their involvement and use this upcoming visit as an opportunity to strengthen their training and ministerial service.

The Mission's leaders will continue to monitor the organization of these activities and the ongoing progress of the mission, striving to maintain effective coordination among local leaders, seminary students, and the various Kingdom Connectors ministries.

We thank God for allowing activities to resume and for the members' willingness to continue working to strengthen the mission and carry out upcoming scheduled projects.

As part of the commitment to continue strengthening missionary work in the communities of southern Yucatán, a team of missionaries—comprising Sister Carminia, her husband Brother Santos, and Missions Supervisor David Nieto—carried out a workday on July 11, 2026, to transport construction materials to the Kancab mission. Working in coordination with the brethren from the Kancab mission, the team collected the materials—made available through a generous donation of lumber—and transported them to the Kancab community. These materials will be used to build a section of the Kingdom Connectors church, enabling the continued development of a suitable space for the congregation and future ministry activities.

We extend special thanks to the brother who made his truck available to transport the lumber between communities. His willingness to serve was essential to the successful completion of this task, demonstrating that when the church works together, the Lord provides the necessary resources and people to advance His work.

We thank God for every person who, through their actions, time, and resources, makes it possible for the Gospel to continue spreading and for churches in missionary communities to keep growing and strengthening

On July 14, 2026, the final day of classes for the Kingdom Connectors Paroussia Seminary took place at its campus in Tekax, Yucatán. This marked the conclusion of the initial preparation period leading up to the Opening Ceremony, scheduled for August 22, 2026.

During this final session, Brother Daniel Cituk delivered the scheduled teaching, encouraging students to continue growing in their knowledge of God's Word and to remain steadfast in the calling the Lord has placed upon their lives.

It was a time of gratitude for everything learned over these weeks and for God's faithfulness in allowing this new seminary to launch with excellent participation from students representing various churches. The occasion also served as an opportunity to encourage students to continue their preparation and to return with enthusiasm for the opening ceremony and the start of the next academic term.

On behalf of the Paroussia Seminary team, a farewell message was shared with the students:

"We will see you on August 22. May God bless you and continue to guide your lives and ministries."

We pray that this break proves to be a blessing for every student and that the Lord continues to shape faithful workers for the expansion of His Kingdom.

Kingdom Connectors had the privilege of hosting the Assemblies of God Church from Oxkutzcab, Yucatán, led by Pastor Carlos Baas, for a youth retreat held at our facilities.

Over these three days, the young people enjoyed a time of Christian fellowship, participating in various recreational activities, games, and moments of camaraderie that strengthened their unity. Additionally, sessions for worship, teaching, and biblical reflection were held, allowing each participant to be spiritually edified.

It was a time of great blessing; God moved in the lives of many young people, encouraging them to remain steadfast in their faith and to continue growing in their relationship with Christ. We are delighted that Camp Kingdom continues to be a place where churches of various denominations can gather to seek the Lord and strengthen fellowship among believers.

We extend our thanks to the Assemblies of God Church of Oxkutzcab, Pastor Carlos Baas, and all the leaders and young people who participated in this retreat. We pray that the Lord continues to bless their ministry and use this camp to impact many lives for His glory.

The Tekax Mission had the privilege of hosting a visit from a seminarian from the Quintana Roo Baptist Convention, who shared a time of fellowship and teaching with the congregation.
The members of this mission are part of the Third Baptist Church of Tekax; therefore, this visit represented a valuable opportunity to strengthen unity among churches and ministries that share the same purpose of serving and proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ.
During the service, the seminarian had the opportunity to share the sermon, exhorting those present through the Word of God and encouraging the church to remain steadfast in the faith and committed to the Lord's work.
As a ministry, we thank God for this time of fellowship and mutual edification. We pray that this visit marks the beginning of a closer collaborative relationship and that, in the future, we may continue working hand-in-hand with our brothers and sisters from the Quintana Roo Baptist Convention, united by the same spirit and the same desire to extend the Kingdom of God.
