The Moral Courage Foundation is proud to announce that Matilyn Curtis was selected as the very first WoodmenLife Ashley O’Rear Memorial Scholarship Recipient in the amount of $5,000.

We are honored to recognize this young woman who reflects the character this scholarship represents. As the inaugural recipient, Matilyn begins what we know will be a meaningful legacy that will bless deserving students for years to come.

Each year, the Moral Courage Foundation awards a Moral Courage Scholarship to one or more graduating high school seniors who live up to the moral standards of the Bible and courageously promote those moral values in our society, and who meet the scholarship eligibility requirements outlined below.
