It is with heavy hearts we share the news that our sister Missy Philips’s husband unexpectedly passed away last weekend. The outpouring from our members wanting to help has been overwhelming, and one way we can help directly is through our meal train link below. This is open to anyone wanting to help!

Please consider providing a meal, and continue to pray for Missy and her family as they navigate through this difficult time, they are all felt & appreciated!

As we close the chapter on the 2025–2026 season with the Waxahachie Junior Service League, our hearts are full reflecting on a year of service, sisterhood, and community.

We invite you to take a look through our Spring Newsletter to see all that we’ve accomplished together this season. From serving our community to creating lasting friendships and unforgettable memories, this year has truly been one to cherish.

It has been an incredible honor to give back to the community we love so deeply, and we are beyond grateful for every opportunity to serve, connect, and grow alongside such amazing women.

To our members, supporters, community partners, and everyone who has encouraged our mission along the way — thank you. Thank you for believing in our organization, for sharing in the laughter and meaningful moments, and for helping us continue the work that makes this league so special.

We are saddened to hear about the closures of painted tree who house so many amazing small businesses. Small businesses are dear to our hearts and the backbone of our Christmas Market.

We would love to offer a space to local vendors who have been affected by the closures. We have some vendor booths available (both large and small) for our upcoming Christmas Market, and will do our best to accommodate all who have been affected.

Our Christmas Market is the first weekend of DECEMBER, and our deadline for applications is April 24th. Please reach out with any questions!
