Catherine Jackson suffered with pain in her back from herniated discs and had difficulty bending over. She had hip replacements that helped limit her being able to bend over. She also had problems with her lungs. As we worshiped and prayed around the front of the church, The Link, in Elk City, OK, she was healed. She also received the Baptism in the Holy Spirit!

Seven months ago, the man standing with me in the photo, Paul Wood, was a homeless drug addict. In his younger years he was a professional clown in the Ringling Brothers, Barnham and Bailey Circus. His world took a drastic turn through the ministry of Pastor Brent Gifford and The Link Church in Elk City.

Paul is growing in Christ. He would sit in the very last row of the church at first, probably embarrassed and afraid he wouldn’t be accepted. The people reached out to him but, most importantly, Jesus saved him. Now he sits close to the front of the church. One of the church men gave him a job. The children love him. He showed off his juggling abilities from his circus days in special children’s services.

Sunday, HE WAS FILLED WITH THE MIGHTY HOLY SPIRIT!

This lady, Rhonda Norton Gage, with her text on one of my posts, really blessed me with this testimony;

“Congratulations Bro Doyle Glynn Jones! I can never thank you enough for that revival you preached at Living Waters back 20 years ago and your book. That week I finally understood what the baptism of the Holy Spirit was. I came from a Southern Baptist background and they scared the pants off of me. But I knew that God lived in that church and I wanted what they had.

I received my baptism the following week in the middle of my kitchen floor! I went on to serve on the praise team and as a teacher for over 15 years.

You are truly anointed Sir.”

This Sunday, I return to the church she mentioned, Living Waters, in Magnolia, Texas.

This past Sunday was a great experience in a great new church, Risen Community Church, in Uvalde, Texas. Pastor James Garza and associate pastor, Glenn Fortner, have done an incredible job.

Ten or twelve were filled with the Spirit and six or seven surrendered their lives to the Lord.

Sunday night several were healed. A young man, Elijah, who was healed of various maladies, including asthma and heart disease.

Adam Nickel had boils, skin eczema, plasmacytoma cancer, and other problems. All the pain left his body after prayer.

Adam’s wife, Sharla, could not lift her arm without pain for six months. The pain left when she tried to lift her arm after we had prayed.
