Throughout October, EBA is celebrating the pastors who faithfully lead our partner churches across Ellis County!

Every week, our pastors dedicate their time to preaching God's Word, shepherding their congregations, and helping others grow in their relationship with Christ.

Each church in our association is unique, but we share a common mission of reaching our communities with the Gospel.

To every EBA pastor, thank you for your leadership, your dedication, and your heart for the people God has called you to serve.

Church family, take a moment this week to thank your pastor for his faithful leadership!

“And I will give you shepherds after my own heart, who will feed you with knowledge and understanding.” — Jeremiah 3:15 (ESV)

October is Pastor Appreciation Month!

Throughout October, Ellis Baptist Association is taking time to recognize and celebrate the pastors and churches that make up our association. We are deeply grateful for each of our church partners and the pastors who faithfully lead, serve, and shepherd their congregations. Over the coming weeks, we will be highlighting our partner churches and expressing our appreciation for the important work they are doing throughout Ellis County.

Behind every EBA partner church is a pastor with a heart for reaching people and making disciples.

From established congregations to new church plants, our pastors are serving communities throughout Ellis County in countless ways. They visit the hurting, encourage families, disciple believers, and lead their churches to share the love of Christ beyond their walls.

We are grateful for pastors who see their communities as mission fields and faithfully lead their congregations to make a difference.

This week, join us in praying for our EBA pastors as they continue reaching Ellis County with the hope of the Gospel!

“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.” — Matthew 28:19 (ESV)

THANK YOU for celebrating 120 years with us!

What a special evening we shared at the EBA Annual Meeting & Celebration! We are so grateful for every pastor, church leader, messenger, ministry partner, and friend who joined us as we celebrated 120 years of Ellis Baptist Association.

For 120 years, churches across Ellis County have chosen to work together—supporting one another, sharing resources, serving our communities, and advancing the Gospel. Sunday night was a beautiful reminder that EBA is not simply about our history. It is about the churches and people God continues to bring together for His Kingdom.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the evening possible—from those who served, prepared food, led worship, shared stories, hosted booths at THE LINK, and worked behind the scenes, to every person who simply came and celebrated with us.

We are grateful for what God has done through EBA over the past 120 years, and we are excited about what He will do through our churches in the years ahead.

Thank you for being part of our story.
