🌟💜 **Leadership in Action: COSH Girls Lead!** 💜🌟

October's Mentor/Mentee Meeting was all about **LEADERSHIP IN ACTION!**

Our girls had a blast playing Hangman while guessing different leadership roles! Who knew learning about leadership could be so much fun?!

The highlight of the evening was watching each girl decide which leadership role she will take on within The Circle of Sistahood this year!

At COSH, we're not just talking about leadership. We're giving our girls opportunities to **find their voices, build confidence, take initiative, and LEAD!**

A special THANK YOU Texas Youth Action Network for sharing creative ideas that helped make this session engaging and meaningful!

**We're not just mentoring girls. We're developing tomorrow's leaders, TODAY!**

1st Quarter in person workshop with our mom's

It truly takes a village. 💜

At The Circle of SistAhood, we don’t just pour into our girls—we make space for their families too.

Family engagement gives us a chance to connect, laugh, learn, and simply spend time together. It helps our girls see that the people in their corner are connected and cheering them on together.

Because COSH isn’t just about mentoring girls—it’s about building relationships, strengthening families, and creating a village where our girls can thrive.

When the family is involved, the impact goes even deeper.

Shout Out to for leading our family program.

Huge thank you United Way of Ellis County for sponsoring our program.
