🏈 Hachie Family, Help Us Welcome Our New Coaches Director! 🏈

Please join us in welcoming Benny Aguilar to his new leadership role as Coaches Director for Hachie Youth Sports!

Benny is married and the proud father of three boys and one girl. His football journey began in Grand Prairie, where he played for nine years, starting in youth football and continuing through high school.

Benny brings a wealth of coaching experience to our organization. He coached with GPYFA for four seasons and is entering his ninth season with Hachie Youth Sports. Throughout his coaching career, he has remained committed to developing young athletes both on and off the field.

Why I Coach

“I am passionate about the game of football and, more importantly, about teaching and mentoring the youth in our community. I enjoy helping young athletes develop teamwork, discipline, and a strong work ethic—qualities that will benefit them not only in sports, but throughout their lives and future endeavors.”

Outside of football, Benny owns and operates a concrete construction company specializing in commercial construction projects throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. His commitment to leadership, hard work, and community involvement extends from his professional career into his service to our athletes and families.

As Coaches Director, Benny will play a key role in supporting and developing our coaching staff while helping ensure a positive, competitive, and character-building environment where young athletes can grow, learn, and succeed.

Congratulations, Coach Benny! We are excited to see the impact you’ll make in this new role and look forward to another great season of Hachie Youth Sports!
