We are on the verge of establishing a new home for Post 191. Once all the hard work has been done, we will be calling upon everyone to join us to celebrate in our new home!!

Good day veterans and the Sussex County community. We wanted to let everyone know Post 191 remains active and ready to assist any veterans and the community in any way possible.
We are currently working to acquire us a place we can call home, to better serve and help not only our fellow veterans but our family and friends of Sussex County, Va.
May God continue to watch over all of you and during these trying times may God continue to watch over these United States of America.

Today as go about your day, lets remember our brothers and sisters who suffer through their personal battles but most importantly remembers those who are no longer with us.

This isn't what your town leaders do but we do for our community and especially for all the law enforcement and first responders.. Sold a lil fish, gave away plenty of everything else. We were glad to give a little back to the community. Hope everyone enjoyed the food today!!! GO SUSSEX TIGERS, WELCOME TO HOMECOMING WEEK!!!!

Many people have been asking us at POST 191 in Waverly about the Annie B, Jackson school. We are sad to say that we as members of Post 191 are no longer affilated with the projects going on there. We wish the Jessa A. Moore Foundation good luck in their pursuit to make the school a center that benefits the community. We are working hard in developing plans to construct a building on our current property next to the new park in Waverly. More information to follow as things develop
