Waverly Senior Center

Waverly Senior Center 506 East Bremer Ave, Waverly, IA 50677 The Waverly Senior Center was founded in 1965 in a small log cabin in Waverly.

The size of the cabin soon became too small for the population using it. In 1970, the Senior Center purchased Mitchell Manor, which has been the home of the Waverly Senior Center ever since. It is the only Senior Center in Bremer County. The Senior Center offers a wide variety of activities for seniors (55+) including bingo, exercise classes, men's and women's coffee, Comfort Food Fridays, Monday

Movie Matinees and more. The Senior Center can be rented as meeting space, or for celebrations, on weekends and when not in use for regular operations.
