Awakened this morning with a grateful heart!! Grateful that I woke up, grateful that I enjoyed a peaceful nights rest, grateful that I am blessed with an amazing Save-A-Seed Family, and so very grateful for the tireless energy, support, love and work that we all put in to bring forth our 5th Annual Juneteenth Celebration! Amazing community volunteers who showed up and helped out just because….we appreciate you! Grateful for our youth who are wonderful and stepped up simply because we assured them that we had their backs in the tasks that we asked of them!!! The vendors!!!!……Oh my!!! They showed up in abundance sharing and selling the fruits of their beautiful talents, gifts and missions. So very grateful to our generous donors and sponsors. Thanks for helping to make our event a huge success!!! Thank you SCMS Principal (Dr. Reavis) and SCPS Superintendent (Dr. Hamlin) for allowing us the opportunity to host Juneteenth on the schools campus!! Many commented that the venue was wonderful! And again, Sister Gee, thanks for entertaining all of us…..you never disappoint! Love, peace & blessings to all!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️✌🏽✌🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
