I am placing Ross County under a Level 1 Snow Emergency at this time. Roadways are snow covered and slippery.

At this time I am taking Ross County to a Level 1 Snow Emergency.

After consulting with our community partners.
I am taking Ross County back to a Level 2 Snow Emergency at this time. Motorists should still use caution on county and township roads as there are many low hanging branches. There are still a few roads that are closed in places due to downed trees and power lines with the possibility of more trees coming down.

After speaking with various community partners I am taking Ross County to a Level 3 Snow Emergency.

This decision is being made to keep traffic off roadways to allow crews to safely clear downed trees and power lines that continue to fall on the roadways.
I will continue to monitor condition all night and reevaluate the Emergency Status in the morning.
