We are so excited to announce that applications for Legends and Livestock are officially OPEN! 💙
If you’ve been waiting for your chance to be part of this incredible experience, now is the time!
At Legends and Livestock, our mission is simple — create an unforgettable show experience centered around our special needs participants. This program brings together mentors and showmen for a meaningful, hands-on opportunity to learn, connect, and shine in the ring together.
🌟 Program Expectations
We know your time is valuable and summer schedules fill up quickly! To ensure the best experience for everyone involved:
✔️ Mentors are expected to meet with their showman participant at least TWO times prior to Fair. But we encourage you to meet as many time as you can.
These meetups are essential for building connection, teaching animal care, and preparing to safely and confidently show at the fair. Please coordinate and set summer dates with one another early!

📍 Fulton Co Fair - Spengler Arena
🗓 Labor Day, Sept 7th
⏰ Show begins at 6:00 PM
👉 All participants 1 hour prior for instructions.
4-H and FFA Mentors will work closely with their exhibitor to:
• Get to know one another
• Teach proper animal care
• Practice safe and correct show techniques
• Most importantly — create a positive, confidence-building experience
💛 Remember: The focus of this opportunity is the special needs participant experience. Every smile, high-five, and moment in the ring matters.
