David Bradley tractors helped power small American farms and homesteads across the country. Sold through Sears, Roebuck and Co. during the mid-1900s, David Bradley tractors became popular for their affordability, simplicity, and versatility. Many were designed for small-acre farming, gardening, and everyday rural work.

Named after David Bradley, the brand traces its roots back to the 1800s with farm tools and equipment before expanding into walk-behind tractors and implements. Production of David Bradley tractors eventually came to an end in 1968, but these rugged little machines remain favorites among collectors and vintage tractor enthusiasts today — a reminder of America’s hardworking agricultural past.

Come check out many David Bradley garden tractors! June 25th-28th at the Fulton County Fairgrounds in Wauseon Ohio!

Few names are as deeply rooted in American agriculture as Deere & Company, better known through its iconic John Deere green and yellow machines. The story began in 1837 when blacksmith John Deere created a polished steel plow designed to cut through the tough prairie soil of the Midwest. That invention helped transform farming across the United States and laid the foundation for one of the world’s most recognized equipment companies.

As America expanded westward, Deere & Company grew alongside the nation’s farmers. By the late 1800s, the company had become a leader in agricultural innovation, producing plows, tractors, combines, and equipment that increased productivity for generations of growers. The company officially incorporated in 1868 and continued evolving through the Industrial Age, the Great Depression, and modern mechanized farming.

Today, John Deere is more than a tractor company — it represents nearly two centuries of engineering, agriculture, and rural heritage. From family farms to massive construction projects, the familiar leaping deer logo remains a symbol of hard work, durability, and innovation across the globe. Deere has never been split up, sold to an investment firm or shut down operations.

If you want to see some of the John Deere tractors across the history of the company come check out our show this year. we are featuring red vs green, so you can check out tractors from John Deere or it’s primary competitor International Harvester June 25th-28th at the Fulton County Fairgrounds in Wauseon Ohio!
