A wonderfully mixed group of students — elementary through high school — who came together to build something bigger than themselves. The talent ran so deep we double cast our leads.
Last night, when a power surge silenced the microphones and the orchestra could no longer play, something remarkable happened. When everything went quiet, they didn’t panic. They looked to one another. They breathed. And they kept going.
They finished the show a ca****la.
No fanfare. Just voices, trust, and heart.
It was theatre in its purest form — resilience, collaboration, courage. A moment none of us in the house will soon forget. The applause at the end wasn’t just loud — it was grateful. The ending was caught on video, which you can see here.
