More amazing support right here in our community! Thank you, St. Ladislaus Parish - Bevent WI! 🦋

Dolly’s Imagination Library

Our Justice & Peace and Family Life Committees, are collaborating with the Wausau School Foundation to get free books distributed to our youth from the Dolly Parton Imagination Library and also to raise funds to continue the program into the future.

During the month of October, we will be accepting application forms (found on the table in the church entrance). Children must be under the age of 5 to be eligible. Parents, if you wish to have your child receive free books, please fill out an application form and return it to the donation box in the entrance. Children do not need to be parishioners.

All donations are also accepted, whether from businesses or individuals. Checks need to be made out to the Wausau School Foundation with either “Dolly” or “DPI” in the memo line. At the end of Oct. we will send all forms and donations to the Marathon County Chapter for the Dolly Foundation.

Thank you for supporting the Dolly Parton Imagination Library of Marathon County! 🦋

WOW! You guys really showed up for Dolly... When we decided to donate $1 from every Cup of Ambition Latte and Jolene Spritz sold in September, I thought we might be lucky enough to raise $100.

You raised $267!

We had a few folks give some extra money, so that means almost 250 Dolly drinks were purchased and enjoyed, and $267 going to the Marathon County Dolly Parton Imagination Library to help put books into the hands of children here in our community.

We have some pretty amazing customers. What a wonderful way to support our community and spread a little Dolly joy... Dolly believed in giving back, and you certainly helped us do that.

Thank you, Vino Latte friends! We are so grateful.

We're in the news sharing how AMAZING the DPIL-MC is for our community! 📚❤

"What we really like about it is that kids are coming to school now with that shared literacy experience," Rachel Koss said. "So ,when they’re coming to 4K or to kindergarten, a lot of the children have had the experience with the same literature.”

Dolly Parton touched millions of lives through her music, but her legacy reaches far beyond the stage. After her sudden death last week, local Imagination Libraries are reflecting on her
