Temporary Flight Restrictions for Wings Over Wausau Airshow
A Temporary Flight Restriction has been issued for the 2026 Wings Over Wausau Airshow due to high-speed aerial demonstrations.
Aircraft operations are restricted within a 5 nautical mile radius of Wausau, WI, from the surface up to 17,000 feet MSL, during the following times:
Thursday, June 25, 2026: 2:00 PM–4:00 PM CDT
Friday, June 26, 2026: 6:00 PM–11:00 PM CDT
Saturday, June 27, 2026: 4:00 PM–6:30 PM CDT
Saturday, June 27, 2026: 7:30 PM–11:00 PM CDT
This restriction is in place for the safety of the performers, pilots, and spectators.
Pilots should check the official NOTAM before flying in the area. Operations are prohibited unless authorized by ATC through Minneapolis Center.
