After a bit of chaos and communion at the previous release we’re looking forward to one final weekend of kayaking with Wausau whitewater in 2026. Although there aren’t any special activities planned we’re looking forward the the final dam and down group of the year on Sunday!

Water is on 10-4 Saturday and Sunday.

This is the face everyone’s making waiting for the weekend so we can do kayaks! Two releases left: this weekend and the first weekend of October. Don’t forget your chili!

This is the look everyone gives when they remember to bring chili this weekend! Don’t forget that we’re racing foam boaters and chili-ing on Saturday. See you there.

We’re doing things a little out of order this year! The chili potluck and foam boater race will take place at the release in September. On Saturday September 19th at 5:30 there will be a foam boater race somewhere near the bottom of the course. Then the chili fest will be at 6:00 in the pavilion. Maybe this year we’ll see a double spaytrix.
