Club President Rob usually spends Ops Sessions and Open Houses taking the videos that we all enjoy. But today, we had 11 operators with 4 guest operators and 3 of those guests were first time visitors! Rob, Tim, Rick, and Dan were happily busy showing everyone the ropes! They were all so involved that nobody got any new videos. What a GREAT problem to have! We are very thankful for those that were able to RSVP and run trains with us and we look forward to our next Ops Session!

Open Houses are the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month from 1-3.

Had a visit from our most seasoned club member Ralph Wehlitz Thursday night. Ralph stopped down to view the layout. It has been a while since he last paid us a visit. He loved to see the progress. Many of us will be attending his birthday party up in Merrill. Ralph will be saying goodbye to 101 years and welcoming 102 years. Here he is chatting with Tim Peterson, another long time club member. Tim printed out the switch lists for the upcoming operating session and Ralph was remarking how similar his manual system was. Computers sure makes the work easier??? I'm not so sure after Ralph set us straight.
