 it is our distinct honor to announce a new scholarship fund to be distributed to the graduates of the Waupun School district. Funds have been donated to our foundation by David Kottwitz in honor of his wife, Debbie Scheller. Debbie was a graduate of UW Oshkosh and was employed by Grande Cheese as a microbiologist. Her heart has always been with those giving back to our community in the medical field. David has asked the foundation to manage her memorial by offering scholarships to those going into the medical field, such as doctors, nursing, EMTs,research and technology. Applications can be made through our website efwaupun.org or through the counseling office at our local high schools. The Educational Foundation of Waupun would like to thank David Kottwitz for his generosity and support of our local students .

Here we are January of 2026 and three months away from choosing scholarships. This year we are adding the Debbie Scheller Scholarship. The priority going to graduates choosing a medical field. Please see your school’s counselors for more information or go to efwaupun.org
