Hi Friends! We just found out that we got bumped out of our yearly fundraiser at the Green Bay Rockers game this summer… we weren’t made aware until today and this really hurts Golden Retriever Rescue of Wisconsin (GRRoW). This is a very successful money maker for us and now we need to scramble and get some funds raised another way!! If you know any small business, brewery, winery, bakery etc etc (preferably in NE WI) who would welcome some amazingly motivated volunteers to do a fundraiser at, please reach out to me [email protected]!

18-042 GRRoW Forever Foster, Honey, has been busy getting her Beauty Rest to get ready for Mother's Day.

Honey has been with her Forever Foster Mom since September 30, 2018. Honey was born on July 2, 2018 and just a puppy when she became a GRRoW Foster.

Honey doesn't know how many bladder or kidney infections she's had causing Mom to wash bedding, blankets, and endless "Fancy Pants."

Honey doesn't know how many times Mom has had to take off of work to take Honey to the doctor for an emergency after tangling with a critter, or for regular checkups to Madison and the local veterinarian.

Honey doesn't know how many "Fancy Pants" Mom has bought for her, washed, ironed, or that Mom has to change the diaper every 3 hours or Honey will get an infection.

What does Honey know?

Honey knows that she is safe.

Honey knows that she never has to worry about being fed.

Honey knows that Mom will take Bosco, Tramp, and her to Sniff Spots because Honey can't got to dog parks.

Honey knows that Mom will give her baths when needed and sometimes even when Honey doesn't think she needs one.

Honey knows that if Mom can't come home from work at lunch time to change the "Fancy Pants" that Mom has hired a babysitter who will let her out and change her to keep her dry.

Honey knows above everything that she is loved, treasured, and cared for.

With the exception of her chronic health issue, Honey has the perfect golden life.

A huge shoutout to Honey's Forever Foster Mom for all of the years of changing Honey's diapers, taking her to appointments, letting her romp around at Sniff Spots, giving her baths, getting up with her at night when she was sick, doing endless laundry, dressing her like a regal Princess, worrying about her, taking endless pictures and posting on GRRoWing Fosters and giving Honey so much Love! ❤❤❤

I admire Honey's Foster Mom for her love and dedication to Honey. I have never heard a complaint about Honey. She always says, "Honey Makes It Easy."
