💫 This Giving Tuesday 💫 I’m Helping Kids and Families!

Hi, friends! It’s Edie from Edie’s Helping Hands, and I’m so excited to share my Giving Tuesday plans with you!

I’ve been growing my hair for YEARS just for this moment! Tomorrow, I’ll be cutting my hair to donate to Children With Hair Loss (CWHL), a nonprofit that gives free hair replacements to kids who lose their hair from cancer treatments, burns, or other medical conditions. This means so much to me because a couple of years ago, my soon-to-be-adopted brother lost his hair during chemotherapy for leukemia. Knowing I can help kids like him feel confident again makes me so happy.

At the same time, I’m raising money to support the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Madison. My family has stayed in the St. Mary’s Hospital Family Room a few times when my sister Emma was in the hospital. I’ve seen how they make families feel safe and cared for during scary times, and I want to help them keep doing this amazing work.

Your donations will go toward purchasing items for RMHC-Madison to help families in need—and every dollar counts!

Last day for LIMITED EDITION Edie’s Helping Hands Santa Cam ornaments! We are going to deliver today! (And we are going to mail Aunt Helen’s to her all the way in Virginia!) You can have your own Santa Cam for $10 and the proceeds will be donated to two of my most favorite nonprofits - Quiet Santa and Levy Giving Fund ❤️❤️

I’m doing a fundraiser to raise money for my favorite non-profits! I’m going to sell 6 of these Santa Cam ornaments that I made.

Santa sent the cameras to my mom, and she showed me how to use superglue to stick them on to the ornaments. Then when you hang them on your Christmas Tree, Santa gets a good view of all of the kids, and it helps with his naughty and nice list!

If enough people would like to buy them I’ll ask mom to see if Santa can send some more cameras. 🎅🎥
