The beginning of something worth celebrating!
The inaugural Allamakee Leadership Institute kicked off September 3 at Village Creek Bible Camp, where getting to know one another meant more than introductions. It meant working together, trying something new, encouraging one another, and reflecting on what those experiences teach us about leadership.
A special thank you to the VCBC team for your warm hospitality and thoughtful facilitation. From team building to the challenge course, you created opportunities to practice communication, build trust, and discover strengths. Your beautiful setting was the backdrop, but your people helped make the day meaningful.
To our ALI participants: thank you for bringing your experience, curiosity, and willingness to grow. Each of you contributes a perspective that makes this group stronger.
And to the businesses, organizations, and public institutions represented: thank you for investing in your people, organization, community, and our county. Making space for leadership development is an investment that reaches beyond any one workplace.
ALI brings people together across roles and sectors to strengthen leadership, learn about the organizations around us, and build connections throughout Allamakee County.
These photos capture the beginning. We’re excited for what we will build together!
