Waukesha County Independent Living Program Waukesha County's Independent Living Program provides services to young adults (aged 18-21) who aged out of an out of home care placement.

If you were:
in an out of home placement on your 18th birthday OR
if you exited out of home care after age 15 1/2 to guardianship OR
if you were adopted after the age of 16
AND aren't yet 21 years old....WE CAN HELP! Contact us (via facebook, email, phone or mail) to see how! My name is Michelle Montez and since July of 2010, I have been lucky enough to work as the Independent Living Specialist

for Waukesha County Health and Human Services. I have created this page in an attempt to try to reach as many young adults who are eligible for Independent Living services (see the eligibility requirements above and if you don't know if you're eligible just ask!).
