Join the WDBA Team!
The Waukesha Downtown Business Association is seeking a Sponsorship Director to support and grow sponsorships for our key downtown events and initiatives.

This part-time role works with WDBA leadership and the Board to manage sponsor relationships, renew existing partnerships, and identify new opportunities that support events such as the Waukesha Farmers’ Market, Friday Night Live, Jolly Days, and other seasonal programming.

This role may be a great fit for someone who:
• Is comfortable communicating with local business owners and community partners
• Is organized, reliable, and self-motivated
• Can manage outreach and follow-through independently while collaborating with leadership
• Enjoys relationship-building and community-focused work

⏱ Approx. 10–12 hours per week
