At Forward Careers, workforce development is about people - helping individuals build meaningful careers, supporting businesses in developing their workforce, and strengthening the communities we serve.

Across Southeastern Wisconsin, our team connects people to career planning, education and training, employment opportunities, supportive services, and other resources that create pathways to long-term success. We also work alongside employers to address their evolving workforce needs.

As workforce and economic conditions evolve, we continue to adapt how we deliver services - offering flexible options and access points throughout the region to reduce barriers and meet individuals and businesses where they are.

Our team member, Kathy is volunteering at Illuminate Ozaukee, a wonderful community event hosted by the Ozaukee Nonprofit Center (ONC).

It was great to be joined by Lauren, who is gaining hands-on learning experience as a Marketing Intern at ONC and helping make Illuminate Ozaukee shine.
