🏭 Behind the Scenes at Ventura Foods in Waukesha!
Today, the Forward Careers team had the opportunity to tour Ventura Foods in Waukesha, Wisconsin! We enjoyed getting a firsthand look at their operations, learning more about the products they manufacture, and discussing their workforce and hiring needs.
We were impressed by the scale of their operations and their commitment to their employees and continuous improvement!
