Waukesha County Business Alliance: YOUR County Chamber The Waukesha County Business Alliance has been the voice of business since 1918.

As a private, member-driven organization, we are the countywide chamber of commerce for Waukesha County. We have a broad and diverse membership representing everything from sole proprietorships to some of the largest employers in the region from a variety of industries. Our more than 1,100 member organizations represent more than 75,000 employees. We work to strengthen the economy in the county by

advocating on behalf of the business community, developing organizations and their employees, facilitating networking opportunities to build strong business relationships and promoting our member businesses. Our Mission:

Last week was our final Schools2Skills™ healthcare tour for the school year! Students from Oconomowoc High School had the opportunity to visit Rogers Behavioral Health and Carroll University to learn more about career pathways in the healthcare industry. Thanks to everyone who joined us for yesterday's Pickleball Mixer! There were new connections made, new skills learned, and we’re pretty sure a few first-time players found a new favorite hobby.

Over 1,000 middle and high school students attended our annual Discover Health Care Expo yesterday! From practicing CPR and reading x-rays to exploring nursing pathways and nutrition education, students experienced firsthand the many pathways available within the health care industry.

Greg and Mark shared lessons learned from their careers and what they look for in emerging leaders within their own organizations. A great example of mentorship in action!

It may be gloomy today, but last week's Business Social at Ironwood Golf Course was picture-perfect fall weather. It was great to carve out time during an already busy month to network and connect.
