Last fall, Sunday School students from Grace Lutheran Church in Goodhue, MN, were inspired by the Kingdom Workers video “Goats and the Gospel.” 🐐

Along with their teacher, Mr. Dean Opsahl, they decided to raise money to buy goats for the Africa Disability Ministry. Every time they raised enough for 1 goat, they posted a cut-out picture of a goat on their bulletin board.

In the end, this small group of students raised enough money for 5 goats through their Sunday School offerings.

In this picture, they are visiting Mr. Opsahl’s farm, which he used to help explain the project to the students. Kingdom Workers is blessed by people of all ages with a heart for giving. 💛

We've shared about the challenges leaders faced just getting to the WASH Leadership training site in Indonesia, due to heavy rains and flooding.

Yesterday we shared about the WASH Leadership training in Indonesia and the challenges leaders faced reaching the site.

In Indonesia, recent WASH Leadership training looked different than expected—but that’s often where the most powerful moments happen.

Heavy rain made roads difficult to pass, so leaders left their vehicles behind and continued on foot. At one point, they had to cross a rising river just to reach the training site. 🌧

Local community members stepped in without hesitation—helping carry supplies and supporting volunteers.

Even in challenging conditions, leaders pressed on, and the community came together to make sure the training could still happen. ✨
