We had a great time celebrating Banting’s superhero staff members during Staff Appreciation Week! We are so grateful to these businesses and Banting families for their generous donations. Super-sized thanks to our Staff Appreciation Planning Committee members, Principal Garcia-Velez, and Mrs. Gonzalez. Finally, cheers to the epic Banting students who made the week extra special by filling out notes for some of their favorite Banting superheroes!

Join us TOMORROW-- Monday, May 11-- at 6pm in Banting's library for our final PTO meeting of the 25-26 school year. We’ll have snacks to celebrate wrapping up another great school year at Banting!

We'll be holding 2 important votes:
1. We will be voting on an amendment to the PTO bylaws: in the event there are not the required (minimum 3) Board members, this would allow the PTO to temporarily enter "Dormant Status" to protect the PTO funds and tax exempt status. Please see the link in the agenda to learn more.
2. We'll also be electing a new board for the '26-27 school year. We have 3 PTO members who have volunteered for Board positions, and we're still looking for a Board Secretary (or co-Secretaries). Please consider helping out-- all Banting parents/ guardians and staff members are eligible to serve on the Board.
