All of the garbage was emptied on the grounds yesterday and I decided to check this morning and this is what I found inside a bin stating that no alcohol is allowed.
The rules have been in place here at Rediscovery ever since its beginning. These are not new rules by any means and should be respected and followed by everyone.
If you choose to indulge that's your choice but unfortunately it is still not allowed here.
Please share and let friends or family know who may not be on social media.

Yesterday the garbage was emptied at the beach and at the top of the hill by the beach. This is what was found in the bin this morning which was turned around so you couldn't read what is clearly posted. ONCE AGAIN REDISCOVERY CENTER GROUNDS IS NOT THE PARTY DESTINATION!! DRUGS AND ALCOHOL USE ON THE GROUNDS HAS NEVER BEEN PERMITTED! PLEASE SHARE WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS WHO MAY NOT BE ACTIVE ON SOCIAL MEDIA.
IF PEOPLE CAN'T RESPECT THIS RULE AND IT CONTINUES WE MAY NEED TO HAVE TRIBAL OFFICERS COME OUT AND MAKE CHECKS TO INSURE EVERYONE FOLLOWS THOSE SIMPLE RULES.

This post is a gentle reminder that Rediscovery grounds are ALCOHOL AND DRUG FREE!! This is not a new rule that was recently introduced. It has been in place for many years. Please respect this rule as there are many families who bring their kids to swim. And also please dispose of garbage in the bins provided and not in the brush!! We are all trying to protect the land, water, and animals. But, it won't work if we don't work together!! Thank you everyone!! Have a great Pow Wow weekend!!
