The Experimental Aircraft Association Chapter 119 held an open house at Watsonville Airport, showcasing aviation opportunities to the community and inspiring youth through its Young Eagles program.

This Saturday we are Flying-Out for lunch. Meet at the hangar at our normal gathering time 10:30 and we will organize there and fly over to Hollister to have lunch at Seabrissa’s.

What a great time we had at our first rally! We flew 58 kids thanks to the 8 amazing pilots.

Watsonville Young Eagles we will do it again next month October 5th.

Our first rally of the season is tomorrow. Come on out and meet a pilot. We have a new flight simulator that will be up and running too! Doors open at 9:00 A.M.

The Watsonville City Council voted 4-3 in favor of deactivating the crosswind runway 9-27 at KWVI.

Indeed it is a sad day in Watsonville.
