Un Watsonville Brillante Watsonville Brillante is a project of Community Arts & Empowerment. The community designed project will be fabricated at the Muzzio Mosaic Arts Center.

We will be covering the Watsonville Civic Parking garage with mosaics over a period of 5 years.
