From building their savings to advocating for a living wage, our approach builds community and connects financial stability,

wealth building, and self-determination. Our work creates dignity by recognizing, acknowledging, and valuing our community members’ leadership in making change happen. Together, we are working towards a shared and prosperous economic future where zip code, race, gender, or immigration status do not dictate income or wealth.

Applications are now open for the Santa Cruz County Youth Commission! We're looking for 11 passionate students (ages 14–18) to advise the Board of Supervisors, develop real solutions, and represent the voice of youth in local government.

What you'll do: Shape county policies and programs, Work directly with County leaders, Build leadership skills and make a real impact

Earn $75 per meeting attended! Monthly meetings, August–June
