The YWCA began to provide services throughout the Santa Cruz County in 1929 with the main objective to bring in leadership programs for young women. In 1952, the YWCA of Watsonville was incorporated into the City of Watsonville to focus on serving the needs of the South County agricultural community of Pajaro Valley. Over the years our programs continue to evolve in emphasis and outreach but our a

biding vision has remain the same: addressing the needs of the community and empowering women. Currently, our programs focuses on early education, youth leadership and community engagement.
