Join us for the 6th Annual Stronger Together 1K/5K Walk/Run & Community Celebration on Sunday, September 20, 2026 at Aptos High School Track & Field!

This family-friendly event brings our community together to support survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and child abuse while raising critical funds for Monarch Services’ prevention, intervention, shelter, housing, advocacy, and healing programs.

Monarch is proud to partner with the California Air Resources Board (CARB) to offer the Earn a Bike Program to low-income community members who live and/or work in the City of Watsonville.

This small but mighty group of Monarch changemakers co-facilitates groups for individuals who have caused harm and are working to break generational cycles of abuse — past, present, and future.

Positive Solutions is a bilingual, culturally responsive, and innovative approach to addressing childhood trauma, domestic violence, and sexual assault, rooted in restorative justice, compassion, healing, and accountability.

Thank you to the City of Watsonville City of Watsonville for recognizing Sexual Assault Awareness Month and honoring Monarch Services with a proclamation at tonight’s council meeting.

Monarch Services is proud to be Santa Cruz County’s only r**e crisis center. In 2025, we provided support to more than 460 adult and child survivors in our community through crisis response, advocacy, accompaniment, and healing-centered services.

This work continues every day, and it is only possible through strong partnerships, shared commitment, and a community that believes survivors deserve safety, dignity, and support.

We are deeply grateful to stand alongside partners who help make that possible.
