Diana’s story is one of resilience, redemption, and relentless determination.
From a childhood shaped by poverty and addiction to becoming a young mother at 16, the odds were stacked against her. She faced homelessness, lost custody of her daughter, and battled addiction. But her lowest moment became the turning point that changed everything.
Today, Diana is eight years sober, a proud mom of three, and thriving. She earned her GED during the pandemic, achieved a 4.0 GPA, and is now accepted into the Registered Nursing Program at Athens Technical College, all while working two jobs and caring for her family.
Through the support of the Ashton Hope Keegan Foundation, Diana was given the opportunity to continue her education and pursue a future she once thought was out of reach.
Now, she’s giving back. Coaching youth, inspiring others in recovery, and working toward a career in public health to help those walking a path she knows all too well.
