Matthew doesn’t live close to an ESP location, but that didn’t change how much he wanted a community where he could truly be himself.

At ESP, the community is for the whole family. 💙

For Amy, mom to Christian, that community has been part of her ESP journey from day one. 

Along the way, she’s built meaningful friendships, found support and experienced the kind of connection that makes ESP feel like home.

We asked Amy to share a little more about what the ESP community has meant to her and her family:

“One of my biggest regrets is not finding ESP sooner. It’s hard to put into words just how much this community has changed our lives. I have truly never seen Christian happier! He absolutely thrives when he’s with his friends at ESP. Seeing his pure joy and excitement each time he’s there means everything to me as a mom.

Over the past couple of years, the parents and caregivers I’ve met through ESP have become like family. There is something so special about having a community of people who truly understand the journey and walk alongside you through both the challenges and the victories.

I’ve also become close with so many of the buddies, volunteers, and staff, and I genuinely adore them. They have loved our family so well, and they feel like family to us too.

ESP has been such a gift to our lives, and I will forever be grateful for the love, support, friendships, and joy we’ve found there.”
