Saturday night at Jefferson Village was a blast thanks to the chili cook-off! With six delicious entries, the competition was fierce, but a huge congrats to our winner, Maryann Colon. Between the giveaways, ice cream, cake, and our bean-guessing game, it was such a fun time. A massive thank you to everyone who helped organize—we can’t wait for the next get-together! 🌶️🍦🍰

Fall is finally here, which means our mornings have been getting way colder. So we definitely should start to bundle up before heading out. It is time to dig through our closets and pull out all those cozy, heavier layers. Let the chilly season begin!

We just wanted to remind everyone that our offices will be closed on Monday the 7th for Labor Day, as well as Friday the 11th due to the road closures for the Vintage Festival. Be sure to enjoy the long weekend!

We just wanted to remind everyone that we have applications to both our Jefferson Village and Glen Lake locations are on our website. They are in PDF format and are ready to print! You can also apply directly online for Jefferson Village Apartments straight from the website. But if you prefer we are always willing to physically mail either application to you if that would be simpler. Have a great weekend everyone!

What a fantastic day at our annual picnic at Jefferson Village! Everyone had an amazing time with delicious food, fun games, and bingo! Huge congrats to Dan for winning the Quilt Club raffle! 🎉 Events like these truly highlight the importance of community in our daily lives and how much we need to cherish the time we spend together. ❤️

Wow, it looks like Lunchbag Bingo was a total blast this month at Jefferson Village! So many smiling faces and happy vibes were shared. It's awesome to see everyone connecting and having fun. Can't wait for the next one!
