Seneca Lake Guardian, a Waterkeeper Affiliate, was founded in January 2016 by Gas Free Seneca Co-Founders, Dr. Joseph Campbell and Yvonne Taylor. Our mission is to protect Seneca Lake, not just the from heavy industrialization from gas storage, but also from the many other threats that endanger Seneca Lake's waters. Our long-term goal is to work with other organizations to form a Finger Lakes Wate

rkeeper. The Finger Lakes region is a national treasure and should be protected and preserved for generations to come. We hope to do our part in keeping these waters swimmable, fishable and drinkable by working with various organizations and decision-makers within the region to improve water quality and prevent threats to our fresh drinking water resource.
