The Scout Float is lined up and you have about 30 minutes to get down there and be in the parade! Can't wait to see everyone!

Riverside Scouting will be hosting a Yellow Submarine Make, Take, & Race (free), and the GaGa Ball Tournament (food or cash donation) at the Wathena Fall Festival this year. We are also hosting multiple carnival games. $1.00 per play and everyone WINS!

So if you ever wondered how carefully your children wash their hands wonder no more . . . 2 weeks ago we did Germs Alive with our younger Cub Scouts and a den chief and the pictures are wore a thousand words....

Bags with an A were our first round and our control for unclean hands.

Bags with a B are round 2 and we’re done after washings our hands with soap and water fo 20 seconds and drying with a paper towel.

Round 3 is marked with a C and wa done after using hand sanitizer with 80% alcohol mixture, which happened directly after the soap and water hand washing.

Troop 260 had a blast week 4 at Camp Geiger. History was made as 15 girls were the first ever girls brought into the Tribe of Mic-O-Say. One of our own troop girls, Taylor Rullman was one of those 15. What an exciting time to be a girl in the Boy Scouts of America!!! We will be back for week 6 and hope to see even more girls tapped into the tribe.
