We know you want to keep your lawn pristine, but do not throw grass, leaves, and animal waste into the lake. These feed algae blooms, kill fish, and make the lake generally unpleasant.

We'd like to thank everyone who came out to the Paw Paw Lake Foundation annual fundraiser.

We partner with them on various projects around the lake, and we are happy to see such a turnout.

On a similar note, if you live on the lake and have not received your complimentary biochar bag, please reach out to the foundation directly.

As things heat up at the lake, we'd like to refresh everyone on boating safety.

Please try to limit wake surfing and other water sports to where the water is deepest. We have provided a map that highlights some of the best places to surf.

Be advised that one of the buoys marking the submerged rock near the Forest Beach has been dislodged.

Please be careful, as the submerged rock is still there and could cause damage.

Please be advised that Coloma and Watervliet townships will begin a follow up chemical treatment tomorrow (July 8th). Please see the map attached.

Signage should be posted along the shoreline where treatment is done. These pamphlets should have further information about water usage. However, we recommend not swimming in or using the treated areas to water your lawn for at least 24 hours after.

We're all excited to watch the fireworks on the lake this year, but let's make sure we are doing it safely.

Remember that all boats should stay at least 600 feet away from the fireworks barge. Please see the attached map.
