Local people are working together to achieve transformative results. By 2016, more children will have healthy environments where they play and learn:

95 licensed early care and education sites will help children move more and eat healthier food.

24 schools will provide more physical activity time and more healthy food and beverage options.

60 partners and stakeholders will support Community Transformation at the local level.
