The Waterville-Brothertown Optimist Club hosted our annual Visual Arts Contest on February 11th, featuring 19 talented young artists from our community!

Our 1st place winners have advanced to the Optimist International level of competition! 🎉

The Gallery Wall is filling with bold and beautiful artwork!

We welcome all of our community to join us in congratulating the young artists on Wednesday evening between 5:30-6:30 pm. The library will stay open until 6:30 pm to celebrate with you!

Last year Jaxon Jasek's artwork moved on from the local Optimist Visual Arts Competition here at the library, and was later chosen as a winner at the international level! This included a monetary prize and a feature on this notecard set!

Be sure to turn in your entry by Monday, February 9th* for this year's competition and art show!

* Please note the library will close at 5 pm on Feb. 9th to allow staff to attend The Librarians Film at the Hamilton Theater.
