Sometimes the most meaningful part of a room is not being given another answer. It is being invited to think, speak, and discover what is true for you.

That is what I want Elevate to give every woman who walks through the door. Not a list of who she should become, but the space and support to reconnect with who she already is.

The conversations may begin in November, but the clarity and connections can stay with you long after the weekend ends.

Can I tell you something? So many women come to Elevate without knowing anyone in the room.

They wonder who they will sit with. They worry everyone else will already have a friend. They feel that little knot in their stomach walking through the door.

And then this happens. A conversation starts. Someone pulls up a chair. Names become familiar, laughter gets louder, and the room starts to feel a whole lot smaller.

There is something so freeing about being in a room where you do not have to perform, impress, or make yourself more polished before you belong.

Come thoughtful. Come excited. Come a little nervous. Come wearing the hat if that is what makes you happy. Just come as you.

Please help me welcome Meghan Lyle, Rebecca Koontz, and Rubi Rodriguez to the Elevate 2026 lineup.

One of my favorite parts of creating Elevate is bringing together women who may have completely different journeys but share a willingness to show up honestly. Every new voice adds another layer to the experience, and I already know you are going to love getting to know this group.
