The Prairie Lakes Healthcare Foundation (PLHF) exists to raise funds with which to support and advance health care services available to the Watertown area through Prairie Lakes Healthcare System. Gifts may be given to the following areas within the PLHF:

*Give Hope- Prairie Lakes Cancer Center
*Give Comfort- Prairie Lake
s Hospice
*Give Shelter- Prairie Lakes Caring Club House
*Give Help- Suzanne Jacobson Memorial Fund
Our vision is to achieve philanthropic success through donor cultivation, financial stewardship and a collaorative relationship with Prairie Lakes Helathcare System. Gifts may be given through:
*Listing the PLHF as a beneficiary
*Securities
*Cash
*Investment assets
*Real estate
*Business interests
*Your time as a volunteer
In our lifetime we may have the opportunity to make a profound improvement in the quality of our community for future generations. By becoming a donor of the PLHF you are investing in the future of health and well-being of our community and region. This will benefit you, your family, friends and neighbors. Individuals who wish to make a significant gift to the PLHF of $10,000 in cash or securities over five years will be a member of the Friends of the Foundation Giving Club. Installments may be made over the five year period.
100% of your gift remains in our community to help more patients, expand facilities, acquire cutting-edge equipment and atract top medical professionals.
