Jane is a Residential Direct Support Professional who has been serving with HSA for 15 years!

Jane’s favorite part of working at HSA is the meaningful connections built with the individuals supported each day. From morning fist bumps and cheerful greetings to being reminded just how much their presence matters after taking a day off, it’s the little moments that make the work so rewarding.

Whether it’s helping someone pick out the perfect outfit for a special event, watching a client dance joyfully to music while heading to work, or simply sharing everyday moments together, these experiences create lasting memories and remind everyone involved of the importance of connection and support.

There is a strong sense of family among both staff and the individuals served, creating an environment filled with teamwork, care, laughter, and encouragement. The positive relationships built along the way are what make the work truly special.

Staff Spotlight!

Shane is our Maintenance Supervisor and has been serving with the Human Service Agency for 16 years! Too shy for the camera, but making a difference nonetheless.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, this role helps ensure agency buildings, facilities, and grounds remain safe, functional, and comfortable for staff, clients, and visitors. Through problem-solving, repairs, upkeep, and daily maintenance, this position plays an important part in supporting the overall operations of the organization.

Much of the work happens quietly behind the scenes, but the impact is seen every day in the environments that help staff provide quality care and services to the community.
