Northpole Fire Company

10/19/2026

At 17:18 hours, Northpole was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident with unknown injuries. Engine 1 arrived on scene shortly after dispatch and discovered a single-vehicle accident that damaged approximately 100 feet of guardrail.
Units assessed the scene for potential hazards and provided traffic control. All units cleared the scene a short time later and returned to service.

Update: The road is reopened but National Grid is still working in the area.

Northpole Fire is currently blocking State Route 37 between Waddingham Road and County Route 16 due to a dump truck that left its bed raised, bringing down a utility pole and wires.

⚠️ Please avoid the area, seek an alternate route, and use caution as crews work on scene.

We will provide updates as they become available.

At 17:47 this evening, Northpole was requested to stand by while Pamelia Fire responded to a reported tractor-trailer rollover. A short time later, Northpole was requested to the scene. Upon arrival, our crews assisted with mitigating hazards and supported operations on scene. Northpole crews remained on scene until being cleared by command and then returned to service.

At approximately 12:20 PM yesterday, Northpole was dispatched mutual aid to Antwerp for a working structure fire. Engine 2 responded and, upon arrival, crews assisted with numerous fireground operations throughout the incident. Northpole personnel remained on scene for nearly five hours before being released and returning to service.

At 11:48 this morning, Northpole was dispatched automatic mutual aid to Calcium for a reported structure fire. Arriving crews encountered a well-involved trailer fire. Northpole personnel assisted on scene with fire suppression and overhaul operations. Northpole remained on scene for approximately 2 hours before clearing and returning to service.

Yesterday at 10:30 a.m., Northpole was dispatched to Natural Bridge as the assigned Rapid Intervention Team (RIT) for a working structure fire. Engine 2 responded and remained on scene for approximately 1½ hours before returning to service.
